Are you a gaming specialist ready to lead a premier lounge in one of Brisbane’s most consistent community hubs? The Alderley Arms Hotel is looking for a dedicated Gaming Manager to drive our gaming operations, lead a service-focused team, and maintain our reputation as a first-class destination.

At "The Alderley," our gaming lounge is the engine room of the business. We aren't looking for someone to sit in the office; we need a leader who is present on the floor, obsessed with the details, and dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and high-standard environment for every guest.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
