Gaming Attendant | New York Bar & Grill

The New York Hotel & Grill is seeking an experienced and professional Gaming Attendant to join our team. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service within a busy gaming environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service and compliance during peak periods.

Candidates must be over 18 and hold current RSA and RCG certificates. Given our operating hours, we require someone with excellent availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, you will need an RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence certification
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

Qualifications

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
