Broadbeach Tavern is seeking a professional and energetic Gaming Attendant to join our high-volume entertainment team. You will be the face of our fast-paced gaming room, delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash accurately, and ensuring strict compliance with responsible gaming regulations.

To be successful, you must be 18 years or older, hold current Queensland RSA and RSG certificates and have excellent availability to work a flexible roster including days, weekends, public holidays and late-night finishes. Prior experience in a busy gaming room is a huge bonus, but a sharp eye for detail and a vibrant personality are essential. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
