Broadbeach Tavern is seeking a dedicated Gaming Attendant to join our high-energy team. Operating a modern gaming room with 40 of the latest machines and a busy Keno terminal, we require an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses current RSA and RSG certifications.

To be successful, you must offer full availability across a 24/7 roster, including days, nights, weekends, public holiday and overnight shifts finishing at 5am. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
