We’re looking for a customer-focused and reliable Gaming Attendant to join our team at Birallee Tavern. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our gaming area operates smoothly, compliantly and provides a safe, enjoyable experience for every guest.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing friendly, professional service to guests in the gaming room.
• Monitoring gaming operations and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and venue procedures.
• Promoting responsible gambling practices and following all required compliance processes.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented gaming area.
• Responding to guest enquiries and assisting with any concerns professionally.
• Completing gaming-related administration and compliance checks accurately.
• Working closely with the wider team to support smooth venue operations.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a gaming attendant role or a strong understanding of gaming operations.
• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A reliable, professional approach and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
