Full Time Kitchen Hand | Brisbane venues

With the opening of our brand-new, Pacific Fair venue on the Gold Coast a month away, we’re hiring one full-time Kitchen Hand to join our Brisbane team. This role is ideal for a reliable, positive person who enjoys fast-paced work and takes pride in keeping a high-volume production kitchen running smoothly.

What the role involves:

• Keeping the dishbay clean, organised and running smoothly
• Supporting the kitchen team with light prep and cleaning tasks
• Following systems to uphold cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards
• Working early morning shifts (5.30am) and assisting with daily pack-down
• Collaborating with a large, fast-paced team

• Calm under pressure when in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Communicates clearly and works well in a team
• Is open to feedback and enjoys routine and structure
• Has full working rights in Australia
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday + Monday 
• Previous KP experience (+6 months is essential)
• Is available to start around mid-June
