The newly renovated Mermaid Waters Hotel in Queensland is looking for an exceptional All-Rounder to join our team, focusing on both Front Office & Housekeeping. Casual and Full-time roles available!

You will be the face of our venue, responsible for the vital first meet-and-greet, managing check-ins and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. Crucially, you must have strong attention to detail to help maintain the immaculate presentation of our rooms and public areas. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
