Presence As the face of our brand, you will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and oversee floor flow with calm professionalism while setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Service You will deliver attentive, refined table service, confidently guiding guests through menu selections and food and wine pairings to enhance overall enjoyment.
Professionalism Working closely with the kitchen- you will support smooth service operations and ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for every guest.
Certification Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, with experience in fast‑paced hospitality, restaurant, or wine‑focused environments.
Experience Proven background working efficiently and confidently in high‑volume or fast‑paced restaurant settings.
Personality A vibrant, approachable demeanour with a natural ability to engage and connect with guests.
Skills Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
Passion A genuine appreciation for the Barossa Valley’s food and wine culture and a desire to share it with others.
Confidence Comfortable and capable using point‑of‑sale systems and electronic banking facilities.
