The Opportunity:
You’ll be right at the heart of the action, leading and motivating a fast‑paced Food & Beverage team. From creating a positive team culture to delivering exceptional guest experiences, you’ll manage feedback with confidence and coach your team to shine every shift.
Your day to day:
• Coordinate the operational responsibilities of running our outlets through the management of staffing levels, stock levels and correct outlet equipment.
• Mentor and develop your Seniors and frontline staff through effective training and performance reviews.
• Ensure your team are following the correct processes and procedures and providing top quality service during their shift.
• Manage registers and monitor sales procedures.
• Apply and monitor food safety procedures and ensure your team display a high standard of cleanliness in the work area.
• Ensure your work environment is well presented at all times, including displays, signage and front of house areas.
• Report any issues that may affect outlet operation immediately to your supervisor.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Currently working in a Senior position
• Experience in leading large teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, delegation and leadership skills.
• Willingness to complete further training courses.
• Availability to work any day of the week including weekends and nights and at other VRTP properties as required.
