Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full Time – Sushi Sushi Supervisor to join our Royal Adelaide Hospital team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing sushi preparation, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

•    Oversee sushi preparation and presentation to maintain consistency and quality
•    Ensure compliance meets company and food safety standards
•    Manage inventory, stock ordering and waste control
•    Monitor store and team performance to report to management team
•    Uphold company standards in service, safety and product quality 

What you'll bring:

•    Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a sushi preparation environment
•    Strong knowledge of sushi preparation, ingredients and cuisine
•    Understanding of sushi store operations 
•    Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
•    Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health standards.
