As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Nineteen at The Star, you will be a hands on hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, leading by example and delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a genuine love of food, wine, and service, you will play a key role in setting the tone on shift, guiding the team, engaging with guests, and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
Your strong wine knowledge and passion for modern dining will allow you to confidently recommend dishes and pairings, elevate the guest journey, and build lasting customer loyalty. As a visible and approachable leader, you will coach and mentor the team in real time, driving professionalism, warmth, and consistency throughout the service.
