The Opportunity

We are expanding our team in the restaurant and seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist with the day to day running of our onsite restaurant, Thyme.

What you’ll be doing

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support and guide the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth, efficient service. You will:

• Lead by example to foster a positive, high performing team culture focused delivering exceptional service.
• Oversee Food and Beverage operations across the venue
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with ordering, receiving of goods, inventory management and stocktake.
• Coordinate between restaurant / bar and other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for events involving restaurant and bar service have been made.

Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Weekend and night availability is a must.

• You have experience in a similar role
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
