Offering 176 rooms and a relaxed restaurant and lobby bar, we are located centrally offering a quintessential Sydney experience. 

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an effective Food and Beverage Supervisor who can support the delivery of day-to-day operations in the Hotel Food and Beverage Venues 

This is a full time position and reports to our Operations Manager.  

You will collaborate with our guests by:

  • Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
  • Leading by example and Championing our Guiding Principles to bring the best out of your team.
  • Providing a warm and genuine service experience
  • Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
  • Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.

Your many talents will include:

  • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a restaurant environment
  • Understanding of current food and wine trends.
  • Established knowledge of a-la-carte, breakfast buffet and beverage service
  • A great communicator with strong motivations to provide great service
  • The ability to showcase the best of Sydney to locals and the visitors.
  • A natural ability to connect with people from around the globe.
  • NSW RSA certificate
