What you'll be doing

• Leading Food & Beverage operations during your shift across all outlets.
• Creating exceptional guest experiences that keep people coming back.
• Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service.
• Supporting conferences, events and busy service periods.
• Driving service standards, operational excellence and team engagement.

What you'll bring

• Leadership experience in hotels, restaurants or premium hospitality venues.
• A passion for people, service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• The ability to stay calm, organised and positive in a high-energy environment.
• Current RSA.
