Role Purpose:

We are looking for truly passionate, experienced, and outstanding Food & Beverage experts to join Crystalbrook Collection in our award-winning venues here in the Cairns CBD. We are proud to offer exceptional food and beverage experiences to all our guests and welcome applications from individuals with the experience in the following: 

• Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics 
• Conferencing and Events - wow our guests from set-up to pack-down
• Cocktail/Bar Attendants - a range of environments to suit your character 
• Baristas - guest focused service - with a smile! 

All positions reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, working in collaboration with a well-established and dynamic food and beverage team. 

Skills and experience:

You will be a polished food and beverage professional who takes extraordinary pride in providing the absolute best cuisine experience. You service kills will dazzle our guests as the best in the business and because of this we are seeking passionate, engaging, and professional food and beverage staff to join our teams! We are looking for individuals with previous experience in premium restaurant and/or bar service along with some high-end hotel exposure (desirable). 

For those on a current working holiday visa, we are seeking a minimum 6 month working commitment coupled with relevant experience in high end hospitality and a current QLD RSA.
