The Opportunity:

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless, professional and personalised service across our venues. From welcoming guests and serving beautiful dishes to curating memorable moments, you will bring warmth, care and attention to detail to every interaction.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us across a range of positions, with a mix of casual and part-time opportunities available including;

• Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics 
• Food and Drink Servers - to suit all tastes and styles 
• Cocktail/Bar Attendants - a range of environments to suit your character 
• Baristas and Floor Runners - guest focused service - with a smile! 

All positions report to the Food and Beverage Manager, working in collaboration with a well-established and dynamic food and beverage team. 

The Talent:

You are an engaging, guest-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With a natural flair for service and a passion for hospitality, you take pride in creating memorable experiences that make every guest feel valued. Experience in a similar role is ideal, but if you have the right attitude, energy and commitment, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed! 

For those on a current working holiday visa, we are seeking a minimum 6 month working commitment coupled with relevant experience in high end hospitality and a current QLD RSA. 

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within a high-end environment preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner  
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail  
• Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team  
• Comfortable working across a 7-day roster 
• Enthusiasm, adaptability and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
