Forest Lake Tavern is seeking energetic F&B and Gaming Attendants to join our dynamic team across our bistro, sports bar and functions departments.

To be successful, you must hold current RSA and RSG certificates and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. While experience with TAB and KENO is preferred, it is not essential for candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We are looking for reliable team members with full availability, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, to ensure our guests receive top-tier service at all times.

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
