You enjoy working collaboratively, staying busy, and being part of a team that values high standards, creativity, and genuine hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly, provide attentive table service, and ensure every interaction feels personal and professional.Manage seating, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages promptly.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across all areas of service.Develop strong product knowledge across food, beverages, and specials to make confident recommendations.Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and maintaining preparation areas.Support smooth service across restaurant, bar, café, in-room dining, conferences, and events when required.Communicate effectively with your team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Contribute to a positive workplace culture by being reliable, engaged, and supportive of your teammates.What You BringExperience in a hospitality or customer-facing role, preferably within Melbourne’s vibrant F&B scene.A passion for great service and a genuine interest in food, coffee, and beverage culture.A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.Confidence using POS systems and learning new technology.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.About Hannah St HotelHannah St Hotel is a bold new addition to Melbourne’s hospitality landscape—designed by Flack Studio, developed by Time and Place, and brought to life through a partnership with The Mulberry Group and TFE Hotels.
