Food and Beverage Attendant - Casual

This role requires a naturally energetic individual who has a passion for the hospitality industry, is accustomed to working in a busy environment and has a proven capacity to work well in a high-pressure environment.

Our Food and Beverage Attendants (Events, Corporate, Bar or Cafe) are the face of PCEC.  You must ensure the highest standards of guest service and presentation, whilst delivering an exceptional customer service experience to every guest, at all times.  This position offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person looking to broaden their experience in the events and conventions industry.

• A five-star approach to customer service and the ability to interact with all our guests.

• Experience or willingness to learn and progress in the areas of events, retail outlets, bar service, barista and café service 

• Ability to multitask and a strong sense of urgency.

• A genuine passion of hospitality and drive to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Effective communication skills, reliable, punctual and impeccable grooming.

• Available to work during the week, weekend and after-hours work.
