Based at Mantra Melbourne Epping, you’ll work across a unique, multi-venue property that brings together Republic Tavern, Trader Restaurant, and Conference & Events—all under one roof, alongside our on-site brewery (Beer Republic) and distillery (Twist Distilling).
No two days look the same—and that’s exactly the point.
One shift you might be pouring fresh batches straight from the tanks in the Tavern. The next, delivering a polished experience in Trader, or running a large-scale event in our Conference & Events spaces. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and built for people who like variety and energy in their day.

Skills and Experience
Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
