As a Facility Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout our front and back of house areas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of dedicated Facility Cleaners, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering an environment of excellence.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Facility Cleaners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards across assigned areas, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisation
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain the exceptional standards of The Star Gold Coast

What are we looking for

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands
