Participate in and coordinate innovation activities relating to operations & service practices to improve the customer & employee experience. Lead by example through superior customer service, positive & effective communication & productivity. Demonstrate dispute resolution techniques to resolve staff and customer grievances in an efficient manner ensuring a positive business outcome is achieved. Work well under pressure with the ability to multi task. Efficiently & effectively report on customer and employee related incidents. Do you have A passion for exceptional customer service Sound knowledge and experience in hospitality Leadership & management experience Current qualifications – RSA, RSG, Approved Managers License & RMLV.
