Duty Manager

Palm Cove Tavern is expanding its already-established management team. We are looking for a new Duty Manager who has a passion for all things hospo!. This is an excellent opportunity for a manager looking to step into a large venue and showcase their skills!!.

The position will suit a candidate with outstanding leadership skills and the proven ability to positively impact a team and provide exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone with proven experience managing a multifaceted venue who can problem-solve and thrive in a busy environment.

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years in a Management role
• Experience working in a gaming venue 
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
• Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
• RLMV & Approved Managers License
• CLO is desirable but not necessary
