What will you be doing?

As a Cook at GYG, you’ll play a key role in delivering fast, fresh and authentic Mexican food. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to GYG’s recipe and quality standards
• Working across different stations (grill, pans and fryers) in a fast-paced environment
• Chopping, marinating and preparing fresh ingredients daily
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Managing stock levels, portion control and minimising food waste
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, including cleaning dishes, equipment and workstations
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Contributing to a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture
