Cipri Italian is an Italian restaurant located in Paddington NSW offering authentic Italian cuisine in a modern and welcoming dining environment.
Cipri Italian is now looking for an experienced Cook to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items
• Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to restaurant recipes
• Ensuring food portions and food presentation meet company standards
• Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed
• Ensuring cooking utensils are clean before each use
• Cleaning and sterilising food preparation areas
• Assisting kitchen staff to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner
• Ensuring food health and safety regulations are followed
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation standards
• Other ad hoc kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook
• Strong cooking and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work unsupervised and for extended periods of time
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
