About the Role  Reporting to the Chef Manager at Langford Grange, supervise a team of Food Service Assistants to provide fresh, high-quality meals for residents including catering for special dietary requirements. You will ensure that the kitchen is clean, safe food handling practices are followed, and all meals are nutritious and well presented.
