Enoteca Lounge & Cucina is an Italian restaurant offering a range of food and beverage services in a professional hospitality setting. The business is currently seeking an experienced Cook to support the preparation and consistent delivery of menu items.
Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a range of dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu requirements.
• Preparing ingredients and completing daily food preparation activities.
• Monitoring food quality, portioning and presentation standards.
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Assisting with stock rotation, food storage and maintaining appropriate ingredient levels.
• Maintaining clean and organised food preparation areas, equipment and utensils.
• Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to support efficient service.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook or in a similar commercial kitchen role.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Salary: AUD $78,000 – $88,000 per annum
