  • Prepare and submit regulatory notifications and updates via APRA Connect.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate Accountable Person and Responsible Person registers in ServiceNow.
  • Contribute to management and Board reporting to support oversight and decision‑making.
  • Support broader Accountability & Governance initiatives, including workshops, education materials and scenario testing.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience in governance or risk management within a complex regulated organisation or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, with experience supporting prudential requirements, FAR or equivalent regimes advantageous.
  • Experience working with governance or risk systems, ideally including ServiceNow, and confidence troubleshooting system‑related issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail for regulatory submissions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to build collaborative relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in governance, risk management, law, business or a related field.
