Position: Commis Chef (Part Time)

Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Commis Chef with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond. 

What you will do: 

• Ensure food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations

• Take ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste

• Be a cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws

• Help with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed

• Take on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player 

The ideal candidate will have:

• A commercial Cookery qualification

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

• Great attention to detail

• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills

• Time management skills

• A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures

• Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests

We are looking for someone who:

• Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, early mornings, weekends and public holidays across a seven-day roster

• Has the legal right to work in Australia without limitation or restriction as well as holds a current police clearance (not older than 6 months)
