  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
  • Previous experience across pastry
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Creativity, organisation, and pride in producing high-quality products
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
