- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
- Previous experience across pastry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards
- Creativity, organisation, and pride in producing high-quality products
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
- A desire to grow within a professional and supportive hospitality group
