About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious real estate professional with previous residential sales experience who is looking to align themselves with an established and growing agent in Cronulla.
 
This role is ideal for someone currently working under a successful agent and looking to step into a larger platform, or an existing agent who enjoys being part of a team environment and wants the support, structure and momentum that comes with it.
 
The key focus will be assisting in the management of campaigns from listing through to sale. You will work closely with the lead agent, vendors and buyers to ensure every campaign is executed at the highest level.
 
This is a full-time position working Monday to Saturday, with a half-day RDO provided during the week.
 
Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and assisting with sales campaigns from listing to settlement
  • Vendor communication and relationship management throughout campaigns
  • Coordinating with solicitors, conveyancers, stylists, photographers and other stakeholders
  • Working open homes and buyer inspections
  • Buyer follow-up and database management
  • Assisting with listing presentations and appraisals
  • Prospecting and pipeline generation activities
  • Attending auctions, sales meetings and training sessions
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and campaign reporting
  • Supporting the lead agent with day-to-day sales activities
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in residential real estate sales is essential
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Driven, ambitious and eager to learn from a successful agent
  • Professional presentation and strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
