$29.97 per hour + Access to NFP Salary Packaging Dual Role – Cook & Kitchen Hand Permanent Part-Time Position Available Ozcare has a permanent part-time position available for a Client Services Assistant - Kitchen Services supporting our clients at our beautiful Malanda Aged Care Facility. This is a dual position and will involve recurrent shifts as a Cook, involving cooking in our kitchen when you are not required as Kitchen Hand. Your Role As a Client Services Assistant - Kitchen Services you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:  Cooking & Client Services Duties Prepare and cook daily meals and snacks, including ingredient preparation, operating kitchen equipment, serving food, delivering meals to clients, and collecting used dishes. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen and dining environment by washing dishes, restocking supplies, cleaning surfaces and floors, managing rubbish, and handling food trolleys. Support overall kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, organising menus, managing food and equipment orders, and ensuring stock levels are maintained. Uphold food safety standards by recording temperatures, completing required documentation, and following safe food handling procedures.
