As our new Cleaning Crew Coordinator, reporting to the Property Care Team Leader, you will empower supported employees with a disability to build skills, confidence, and independence while delivering high‑quality cleaning services.
This role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset who enjoys hands‑on work, is comfortable cleaning and leading by example, and is passionate about mentoring others while creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment.

- Full-time position based at Scope's Kingsgrove Head office.
- Monday to Friday, 8-4pm.
- Coach and mentor supported employees in cleaning tasks, equipment use, and safe work practices
- Allocate daily cleaning tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Provide on-the-job training that builds new skills for people with a disability
- Undertake cleaning duties across Scope offices, including bathroom, kitchen, and general areas
- Conduct quality checks and maintain cleaning records
- Comply with Scope's workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role and/or experience supporting people with a disability.
- Clear communication, high emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills
- Current NSW Driver’s License (P2 and above)
- WWCC | NDISWC | First Aid and CPR | NDIS Orientation Module
