About this opportunity:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Presentation Services Team Leader – Full Time to coordinate the efficient daily cleaning activities and operations of the ICC Sydney Presentation Services department. As a Team Leader, the role provides supervision, and leadership to all cleaners, both casual and full time and contractors to ensure correct practices and processes are maintained.  The role requires you to organise and prioritise work requirements and allocate tasks to team members whilst monitoring performance and service excellence

Required Skills & Experience:

As a talented people leader, you will manage a team of Cleaners that will be responsible for the venue presentation on a 24-hour, 7-day roster basis. Working within the Presentation Services department alongside our Supervisors to coordinate the efficient daily operations of the ICC Sydney Presentation Services team, including:

• Ensuring ICC Sydney cleanliness, hygiene, workplace health & safety standards are met
• Monitoring all operating equipment to ensure that it is in good working order, and respond to any unsafe work conditions, faults, and repairs to the appropriate department or external service provide
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• You must be 18 years or over.

The successful candidate will have proven ability and success in either a leadership or team management capacity within a similar role.
