Save Our Service is currently assisting a centre in Rothwell for a Childcare Cook.
Are you passionate about preparing fresh, nutritious and delicious meals for children? 

About the role:

• Prepare fresh, healthy and age-appropriate meals and snacks for children
• Cater for dietary requirements, allergies and individual needs
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
• Plan menus in line with nutritional guidelines
• Work closely with educators and management to support the wellbeing of the children
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming kitchen

What we’re looking for:

• Previous cooking experience, ideally within a childcare or similar environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Understanding of children's nutritional needs
• Ability to cater for allergies and special dietary requirements
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and genuine care for children and their wellbeing
