Key Duties
- Plan, supervise, and oversee menu-based catering for boarding students
- Successfully managing, mentoring and developing your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs
- Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience
- Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
The Person
- Unwavering passion for food, cooking, and creating nutritious meals
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Skilled in stock control, ordering, budgeting, and food cost management
- Committed to sustainable practices and sourcing local produce
- Experienced in overseeing daily operations, staff training, and performance management; Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
