The Role

Epicurean presents Sydney with a luxurious and elevated buffet dining experience, celebrating a variety of cuisines crafted from the freshest seasonal produce. Our dishes are thoughtfully curated to inspire guests to create their own unique taste journey.

We’re currently seeking a full-time Chef de Partie with WOK experience to join our vibrant Epicurean kitchen team. In this role, you’ll help create joyful and memorable experiences for our guests through your genuine care and culinary expertise.

• Lead by example and inspire a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture.
• Support Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, maintaining consistently high standards.
• Contribute to achieving daily financial targets through efficient and mindful operations.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace.

About You

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.
• Previous experience in upscale dining or premium hospitality settings is highly regarded.
