SRG Hospitality – Summer Salt Restaurant, Cronulla  

SRG Hospitality – Summer Salt Restaurant is currently recruiting for Chefs to join our friendly and motivated team at Summer Salt Restaurant, Cronulla.  

From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.  

We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:  

Relevant qualification and 1 year work experience OR Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role; 

Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure; 

Reliable, punctual and trust worthy; 

High standard of personal presentation and hygiene; 

Must work well in a team environment; 

Positive attitude and passion for cooking; 

Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements; 

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.  

Job Type: Permanent Full-time 

Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super.
