The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality dishes with consistency, precision, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, prep, stock control, and service
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards across all sections
- Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen equipment and procedures are maintained to operational standards
- Contribute positively to a high-performing and collaborative team culture
About You
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Passion for food, presentation, and hospitality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
