About The Role
We’re looking for a casual Chef to join our kitchen brigade, with increased hours available as we head into our peak season. On average, this position will work 20-30 hours per week.
Working predominantly on our marine vessel, the Chef is responsible for end-to-end kitchen operations and directing the food preparation process to ensure the highest standard and quality of food production for our guests. The Chef is hands-on in preparing and cooking all dishes on our dinner cruises, and must ensure that the kitchen meets all regulations including hygiene and food safety guidelines.
A standard working day may be up to 12 hours between 7:00am – 12:00am, across any of the seven days in the calendar week, including weekends and public holidays. Shifts commence and finish at Stokes Hill Wharf in Darwin City.
