We are seeking qualified and passionate Chefs with a minimum of two years experience to join our Sydney Airport casual pool. This role gives you access to a unique and fast paced work environment, cooking for airport lounges and corporate clients. No two days are the same.

THE POSITION

• Prepare, cook and present high quality meals across airport lounge and corporate sites
• Maintain strong food safety, allergen awareness and dietary compliance
• Champion nutrition and healthy eating standards
• Work closely with Head Chefs, Chef Managers and Site Managers
• Follow all WHS requirements and actively minimise food waste

THE PERSON

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required
• Minimum two years experience in a chef role
• Strong communication skills and a customer focused approach
• High energy with professional presentation
• Willing to work across Airport Lounge and Corporate sites
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and a Working With Children Check
