Sefa Kitchen Bondi is now looking for an experienced Chef to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in accordance with restaurant standards
Assisting in menu preparation and food presentation
Monitoring food quality, portion control, and kitchen presentation standards
Managing food preparation and ensuring timely service during busy periods
Ensuring proper food storage and stock rotation procedures are followed
Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering kitchen supplies
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and food preparation areas
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations
Assisting kitchen staff and supporting overall kitchen operations
Performing other kitchen duties as directed by the Head Chef
About You
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Chef
Strong cooking and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
