Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef for an exciting new café/focacceria opening in Bondi Junction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with fresh, high-quality ingredients and wants to be involved in building a vibrant hospitality venue from the ground up, with a strong Italian-inspired concept.
About the Role

• Full-time position
• Daytime café hours
• Opportunity to assist with menu development and kitchen setup
• Focus on focaccia, sandwiches, café-style dishes, pastries, and seasonal specials

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Chef in a café, bakery, or casual dining environment
• Passion for Italian-style food and fresh produce
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
