Casual Waitstaff - The Wharf Restaurant & Bar

We’re a new restaurant and bar at Sydney Theatre Company where the energy of the theatre never stops.  

We are looking for experienced casual Waiters. if you love hospitality, creativity, and the buzz of a cultural hotspot, this is your chance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering warm, attentive, and professional service
• Creating memorable experiences for pre-theatre diners, locals, and special occasion guests
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen to keep service flowing smoothly
• Bringing energy, detail, and personality to the floor every shift
• Being part of a team that values collaboration, respect, and great hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a waiter or FOH role in a premium venue
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including day and night
• Weekend availability is a must
• About 20-30 hours per week available
• Confidence, great communication skills, and attention to detail
• A team player attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
