We are hiring for both casual Stewarding Supervisor and Kitchen Steward (Kitchen Porter) roles within our Brisbane team. These positions support our kitchen and event operations in a fast-paced, premium environment.
Shifts & Pay
Kitchen Steward (Casual – Level 2)
- Thurs (day shift), Fri & Sat (evening shifts)
- 20–25 hours per week
- Mon–Fri: $32.31 per hour + super
- Sat: $38.78 per hour + super
Stewarding Supervisor (Casual – Level 5)
- Tues, Wed, Thurs (day shifts), Fri (evening shift)
- 25–30 hours per week
- Mon–Fri: $37.35 per hour + super
The Role
Kitchen Steward
- Washing, cleaning, and basic food preparation
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and surrounds
- Supporting deep cleaning and hygiene standards
Stewarding Supervisor
- Supervise stewarding operations and team during service
- Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Oversee equipment cleaning, storage, and organisation
- Support stocktakes, deliveries, and kitchen logistics
- Ensure WHS compliance and safe work practices
About You
- Experience in kitchen hand or stewarding roles
- For supervisor: prior leadership or supervisory exposure preferred
- Reliable, hands-on, and organised
- Physically fit (able to lift 10–15kg)
- Available for consistent weekly shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Australian working rights
