Casual Overnight Crew & Cooks

From taking orders, expertly crafting burritos, restocking fridges and mastering basic food prep, you will showcase your versatility as a team player. Every burrito you roll, every guest you serve contributes to the success of our restaurant and GYG.

If you’re joining us in a Cook position, you’ll take things to the next level by preparing and cooking our fresh, made-to-order menu items with precision and care. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering the authentic GYG flavours our guests know and love.

We are looking for crew that are available to work overnight shifts, with hours varying from 10pm–6am.
