About the role

We’re looking for Casual Kitchen and Café All-Rounders to join our Sydney café team, with a strong focus on kitchen and back-of-house operations.

You’ll be part of a small, friendly team that values quality, teamwork and good vibes. Most of your time will be spent supporting the kitchen team with food prep, cleaning, and keeping service flowing smoothly. You’ll also have the flexibility to step front-of-house when needed to deliver the Allpress experience to our customers.

To set you up for success, we’ll also provide training in coffee service, so you can confidently support our barista team when required.

Our café operates Monday to Friday, with day time working hours.

What makes you a great fit

• Experience working efficiently in a café, kitchen or hospitality environment
• Comfortable with food prep, cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards
• Strong multitasking abilities and able to work well under pressure
• A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organised workspace
• Team player with great communication skills
• Flexible and willing to assist both BOH and FOH teams when needed
• Passionate about good food, great coffee and creating positive customer experiences
