Located within the iconic Art Gallery of NSW, Crafted by Matt Moran offers a signature dining experience that celebrates quality ingredients and a stunning atmosphere. We are looking for a passionate, professional Level 2 Casual Bartender to join our high-performing team.

The Role

• Create a range of classic and inspired cocktails for a high-end clientele.
• Make a variety of espresso coffees—latte art skills are a big plus.
• Essential: Availability for Wednesday night shifts is a requirement for this role.
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week.
• Competitive Pay Rate: Casual Level 2.

About You

• 1–2 years of experience in a busy, high-end restaurant or bar.
• Barista and cocktail skills are highly preferred.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love staying busy.
• Well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills to engage our guests.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• Valid NSW RSA competency card.
• Valid Australian Working Rights.
• Minimum commitment of 3 months required to join our team.
