Casual Barista - Strathfield Golf Club

We’re currently seeking an experienced, energetic and well-presented casual Barista All-Rounder to join our incredible team at Strathfield Golf Club, part of The Fresh Collective’s diverse range of venues.

The Kiosk operates seven days a week from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, while the Bistro is open daily for lunch and dinner.

The Role

• Prepare high-volume coffees to a consistently high standard
• Produce consistent and strong latte art
• Manage the barista station autonomously while working as part of a team
• Deliver exceptional customer service to regular club members and guests
• Accurately take orders and process payments for food and beverages
• Keep the work area clean, organised and well stocked
• Assist in the Bistro and with onsite functions and events as required
• Complete basic food preparation when required

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of six months’ barista experience
• Strong coffee-making and latte art skills
• Availability to start at 6:15 am and work until 3:30 pm on Monday or Tuesday, with availability for both days preferred
• Quick, efficient and confident working in a busy environment
• Well presented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to assist with stocktakes, ordering and stock rotation
• A current NSW RSA
• Valid Australian working rights
• Ability to commit to the role for at least six months
