We are currently seeking a Full Time Breakfast Host to join our Food & Beverage team in Gazebo Restaurant.

About the Role

This role is focused on creating a welcoming and memorable breakfast experience for our guests each morning. You will be one of the first faces our guests see for the day, setting the tone through warm service, attention to detail and genuine hospitality.

You will assist with coordinating breakfast service, engaging with guests, supporting the team and ensuring the restaurant is presented to the highest standard. Availability to commence shifts from 6:00am is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests throughout breakfast service
• Ensure guests receive friendly, attentive and efficient service
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of breakfast service in Gazebo Restaurant
• Assist with seating, table service, buffet presentation and guest enquiries
• Prepare and serve barista-made coffee and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team
• Respond professionally and confidently to guest feedback and requests
• Support other Food & Beverage outlets when required

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or Food & Beverage environment
• Strong barista skills, including coffee art capability
• A warm, confident and approachable personality
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• High attention to detail and professional presentation
• Experience using POS systems such as Micros (preferred)
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and festive periods
• Full working rights in Australia
